Tommy, thanks for the feedback. I was not trying to set up a hierarchy of objectives. From my perspective, the book is one way, and one that I am intimately involved with, to promote an awareness of, and an engagement with, the fundamental link between religion and climate change. In fact, it is my hope that fellow Columbans will actively promote the book as a way of highlighting and building understanding of the second objective. While, as editor I have a natural bias, I do believe that the book is important and opens up areas that have yet to be grappled with. The book has been my commitment to trying to move things forward and, in that sense, is worthy of its place as being the first objective.

Thanks Pat for setting up this site. At the moment I am working on Diego"s computer here in Lima and this image is borrowed from his files I like both of the major objectives that you have for this site. However, I think the second objective might be the primary one and the first objective could be considered in service of your stated second objective. Just a comment at this early stage. Peace Tommy
